Privacy Policy

Data we collect

We only collect data you give us yourself and the technical data needed to keep the site running securely.

• Contact form: name, email, WhatsApp number (optional), project type, and your message.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information, processed temporarily by Cloudflare for security, spam prevention, and request rate limiting.
• Visit statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics records page visits and performance in aggregate, without cookies and without tracking you across sites.

How we use data

Form data is only used to reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal or project estimate, and continue the conversation you started. We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or send newsletters without separate consent.

Legal basis

We process form data based on the consent you give when submitting the form, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022). Technical data is processed for the legitimate interest of keeping the site secure.

Storage and retention

Form messages are delivered to Arkenith's email inbox and are not stored in a site database. If no collaboration follows, messages are deleted no later than 12 months after the last conversation. If we work together, data is kept for as long as needed to run the project and meet legal obligations.

Third parties

We use the following services to run the site. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

• Cloudflare: site hosting, Turnstile (anti-bot check on the form), and Web Analytics.
• Google Workspace: Arkenith's email service. Form messages are forwarded through Google Apps Script to our inbox, where messages and your emails are received and stored.
• GitHub: hosting of the Evenso app download. When you download the APK, the request is handled by GitHub.
• WhatsApp: if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp's policies.

Cookies and local storage

This site doesn't use tracking cookies. Your theme (light or dark) and language choices are saved in your browser's local storage and are never sent to our servers. Turnstile may use technical device data to tell humans from bots.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. We will respond to requests within 14 business days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the latest version will always be available on this page with a new update date.
